A: We provide luxury event rentals including bars, lounge seating, staging, lighting, crowd control, and upscale décor for weddings, corporate events, and private functions across NYC and surrounding areas.
Q: How far in advance should I book my rental?
A: We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for larger orders or during peak season.
Q: Do you offer site visits before the event?
A: Yes. We provide site surveys to help evaluate your space and plan an optimal layout for your rentals.
Q: What does the site survey cost?
A: Site surveys are $100, and that fee is fully credited toward your rental once you book with us.
Q: Do you require payment in full?
A: Yes, all rentals must be paid in full unless otherwise discussed and confirmed in writing.
Q: How long does a quote hold inventory?
A: Quotes hold inventory for 12 hours only. Rentals are not reserved until both a signed contract and payment are received.

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and ACH transfers.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: Yes. Delivery, setup, and breakdown are not included by default. Setup and breakdown are optional services and will be quoted based on the size and complexity of your order. A 7% mandatory damage waiver is also applied, which covers up to 15% of your rental value in accidental damage.
